As promised in my food photos journal spiralmaestro.deviantart.com/j… I have submitted another picture of a recipe called New York Style Cheesecake. I made this recipe on September 17 this year (in actuality I made this recipe a day or two before my advanced pastry class started) just around the time I was taking an Advanced Pastry class(for the 2nd time). This isn't my first time I made a cheesecake. I also made a cheescake back in 2013 or 2014 if memory serves. I made a few mistakes in making this cheesecake( I let the top get slightly burned/overcooked on one of the cheesecakes. If you have a topping to cover the cheesecake you can get away with making this mistake.
